Scope of Work:

Manage day-to-day inbound agent enquiries

Provide quarterly market updates and trend summaries

Vet all inbound agent enquiries, confirming bona fide companies/guides, and share qualified leads with you

Coordinate and secure trade famil opportunities for your brand, and provide on-site support as needed

Liaise with DNSW and Tourism Australia to identify relevant market opportunities and communicate them to you

Deliver monthly reports (by the 6th of each month) detailing agent interactions, feedback (domestic and international), new leads, and recommendations for product or service improvements

Participate in monthly meetings (online or in-person) with your team

Represent your brand at industry trade shows and tourism events

Act as your link to overseas advertising opportunities, both online and offline
