2026
CASE STUDY
QBD delivers B2B tabletop sales events across local and international markets, managing end-to-end execution to ensure meaningful connections and maximum impact.
Sydney Airport Corporation, Australian Tourism Connections, and QBD Marketing Solutions successfully delivered a four-day Grand Prix B2B meetings program from 10 - 13 March 2026, connecting Australia tourism suppliers with key inbound markets.
Structured across four dedicated market days, the program focused on Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Greater China, enabling targeted engagement with each region. This approach ensured that conversations were relevant, efficient and aligned with market-specific opportunities.
Each day connected around 20 Australian suppliers with 20 inbound tour operators through a curated series of B2B meetings.
The format encouraged meaningful discussions, strengthened existing relationships, and supported the development of new commercial partnerships.
Held at Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel, located at the Sydney Airport International Terminal, the event provided a convenient and accessible setting, supporting smooth coordination and strong participation across all four days.
Through strategic planning and targeted market engagement, the ITO Grand Prix program demonstrated the effectiveness of structured B2B table meetings driving tangible business outcomes and fostering long-term industry connections.
