QBD Marketing Solutions was proud to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of the 2025 China (Leshan) Culture and Tourism Global Roadshow - Australia, held in September 2025 at the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel. 

 

As part of a global tourism roadshow, the program showcased Leshan’s cultural and tourism offerings to international markets. The Sydney event brought together key stakeholders from Australia and China, creating a platform for meaningful engagement with the Australian travel trade. 

 

Working closely with organisers and partners, QBD supported the local planning and on-site coordination to ensure seamless and professional delivery aligned with the overall program. Our focus was on facilitating an environment where the destination’s story could be effectively presented and experienced by the audience.

 

The program featured a curated selection of cultural presentations, including traditional Sichuan Opera face-changing (Bian Lian) and the Emei tea ceremony, offering guests an authentic introduction to Leshan’s heritage. These were complemented by visual presentations and keynote speeches, showcasing key attractions such as the Leshan Giant Buddha and Mount Emei, alongside the region’s rich history, cultural significance, and distinctive culinary identity. 

 

As a nationally recognised historical and cultural city, Leshan was positioned as a destination of both natural beauty and deep cultural value. The roadshow formed part of a broader global promotion initiative, aimed at strengthening international awareness and fostering meaningful connections with the travel trade.
